Charlie Clark

Director

Charlie has worked within the property sector since 2004, initially focusing on property investment sourcing units for investors and overseas clients with her husband Ian.

She has also worked within traditional estate agents, jointly founding Urpad Property Management and co-owning the Urpad Devon office located close to their family home in the upmarket, sought after town of Topsham.

Her experience and finance background are invaluable to the success of Urpad and her overall business acumen is an integral part of our growth strategy.

Andrew Dillon

Director

Andy has 19 years of experience in the property industry starting with some of the largest independent agents in South Wales before moving nationwide. A founder of Urpad, Andrew co-ordinates the unique lettings ‘blitz’ strategy utilising multiple local corporate and private agents on single properties to large blocks covering the whole of the UK, offering a bespoke service for individual landlords and large developers alike wherever they are in the world.

David Maidment

Director

Born in the home counties, David has spent most of his life in Worcestershire where he currently lives with his wife and two children. David has worked in the property industry for 15 years and brings a wealth of experience including lettings, property management, sales, creative finance and investor relations. David is responsible for the operations of the business and also holds a Level 2 ARLA qualification along with Rent Smart Wales accreditation.

Scott Anderson

Spearheading our charge in to the Bristol sales and lettings market, Scott brings expert local knowledge combined with a decade of working in the lettings industry. Hunting new business and looking after our clients, old and new, is his main focus and his ability to marry the perfect tenant to the perfect property constantly shines through. Scott lives in Newport with his partner and children and is a big football fan.

Tom Hayden

Bringing a wealth of experience in the property market, Tom is joining us as we continue our growth strategy. Operating across the West Midlands, Tom will be servicing our existing clients alongside bringing on new business. Tom lives in Halesowen with his wife and son and enjoys playing golf.

Max Dickson

Maintenance Team Manager

Max has been in the industry since 2013 working with corporate property managing agents as well as smaller independents.  He relishes the challenges that property management brings and excels in resolving problems for tenants and landlords in the best possible timeframe and his ability and skillset is the perfect fit for managing our growing team of property managers.  Max has a passion for tropical fish and his favourite sport is boxing.

Nixon Braithwaite

Senior Maintenance Administrator

Our maintenance team has benefitted from Nixon’s presence after joining us at the beginning of 2021, having worked for a number of years in the student PRS arena.  Nixon has a proven track record in providing quality customer service under challenging situations with the ability to deal with issues on their own merit which enables fast, effective responses at all times.  Nixon is a keen runner and can often be found running the 7 miles home from the office.

Shannon Walker

Tenancy Service Team Leader

Having joined us in mid-2020, Shannon has gone from strength to strength in her career in the property industry and now oversees our Tenancy Services team which deals with tenant move ins, move outs, contract renewals, marketing and so on.  Shannon came to us with a couple of years previous experience and her organisational skills have helped shape our business.  In her spare time, Shannon is an avid gym-goer and enjoys evenings out with friends.

Megan is new to the property industry but previous roles working in administrative environments have given her a fantastic grounding ready for her new career with us.  Her enthusiasm and drive for learning whilst providing outstanding assistance to her team, tenants and landlords was immediately apparent.  Having most recently worked with children, she has a keen eye for organisation and being able to handle the unexpected.

Michelle is an experienced finance administrator having worked in finance roles in other sectors for a number of years.  Michelle has found her feet working in a property environment and her keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure is key to her success in a very demanding role.  A proud Bristolian, Michelle is a massive fan of darts and Nottingham Forest.

Jo has been working in a finance role for the past 13 years and is an experience member of the team. She has worked in various subsectors and her versatility has been is great asset to the company. She is diligent, pragmatic and an consummate problem solver. She enjoys camping holidays with her family and is a keen runner.
